A coalition of organizations, led by Indivisible Citizens of Catawba Valley, will host a peaceful Town Hall on March 15th at 10:00.
Location: Appalachian State Hickory Campus, 800 17th Street NW, Suite G467, Hickory NC. We will gather in front of Congressman Harrigan’s office.
The following speakers will address 3 specific issues:
Education: Dr. Kimberly Turk
Immigration: Gianella Romero, executive director, Centro Latino
Health Care: Laurie Childress
WHAT CAN YOU DO:
Attend/Bring a friend
Write a Letter to Congressman Harrigan and bring with you (please consider writing a letter/asking a question regarding one or all the issues; we will collect the letters and bring them to his office on March 17)
Make/Carry a Sign (please nothing profane or derogatory)
