I-LCNC is doing a pop-up Protest on the Side walk in front of the Lincoln Cultural Center on Monday December 1st 5:30-6:30 to let Heather Rhyne and Pat Harrigan know we are unhappy with their representation. Also a “Fund Raiser” ? How about a Town Hall so she can tell us what she plans to do for us, her Constituents.
