On July 22cnd, the LCDW put together a wonderful barbecue fund raiser with many thanks to Gregg McBride for the outstanding barbecue. Our guest Mo Green, Democratic Candidate for North Carolina Superintendent of Public Instruction delivered an amazing motivating speech on the state of Public Education in NC. He stated his qualifications, goals and approach to enhancing Public Schools in NC and is clearly the ONLY choice at the ballot box this year. We look forward to supporting him now and after he wins in a landslide.
