DESCRIPTION:The Lincoln County Democratic Men will again support the City o
 f Lincolnton Trunk or Treat (aka The Halloween Extravaganza) by distributi
 ng bags of candy at our headquarters on the Water Street Side.  Last year
  we gave out almost 600 bags of candy.  RIchard McSwain will be the chief
  volunteer coordinator and candy procurement leader.  Beth Wise will be c
 oordinating bagging the candy and more.  Jill Eaddy will lead decoration 
 efforts.  Karlie Calloway will coordinate the Spooky Movies portion of th
 e evening.\n\n
