  not be able to vote on motions presented.  If you are a Precinct Chair a
 nd cannot attend\, please delegate someone to represent you.\n\nCome join 
 us each month for discussion and planning for Democrats in Lincoln County.
   Each Month agenda to be determined.  All Democrats are invited.  Plea
